Alexander Popov (born January 10, 1984 in Perm) is a Russian Pair skater. He competed from 2000 through 2005 with partner Arina Ushakova. They medaled four times on the Junior Grand Prix circuit, qualifying twice for the Junior Grand Prix Final.
