Eugene Turner (born c. 1921) was an American Figure skater who competed in Single skating, Pair skating, and Ice dancing. He was born in Los Angeles.

As a single skater, he won the 1940 and 1941 United States Figure Skating Championships. He took up pair skating for a year with Donna Atwood and together they are the 1941 U.S. pairs champions. As an ice dancer, he won the silver medal at the U.S. Championships with Elizabeth Kennedy (figure skater), also in 1941.

During World War II , he served in the United States Air Force. After the war, he became a coach and skated professionally. He partnered with Sonja Henie during her tour. He also worked as a skating double for Cary Grant and Patrick Knowles.

He was inducted into the United States Figure Skating Hall of Fame in 1983.
