Jessica Mills is a former American ladies figure skater, who won the World Junior Figure Skating Championships in 1989. Her sister is Olympic gymnast Phoebe Mills.
After retiring from competitive skating, Jessica Mills performed with the Ice Theatre of New York. She later became a coach at the Louisville Skating Academy in Kentucky.
