Jill Lynn Sawyer is a former American figure skater. She is the 1977 Novice and 1978 United States junior champion. She won the World Junior Figure Skating Championships in 1978.

Sawyer trained at the Lakewood Winter club in Tacoma, Washington with Kathy Casey.[1] She won the U.S. ladies novice title in 1977 with a full set of triple jumps, including the then-rare triple-lutz.

She ceased competing shortly after winning the Prague Skate title in November 1978.
